General Terms and conditions

Reservations :-

Deposit of 25 percent should be sent at time of reservations.
Full payment 45 days prior to commencement of the Journey.

If payment not received by due date, the reservations will be realized and cancellation charges will apply.

Credit Card Bookings:-

At present we don’t accept Credit Cards, however, in the coming days we will have this facility available for our clients.

Change in Reservations:-

If there is a change in reservations after confirmation, there will be an administration charges for 2 % per change. If less then 30 days it will be 10 %- per change.

Cancellation charges

Refund for cancellation of reservations will only be considered once notice is received in writing at Indian Nature Tours or INT’s office. Charges for cancellation will be:-
30 days or more Only the deposit
30 – 15 days   50 %
15 or less            100% (no refund).

It is strongly recommended that you take Holiday Insurance at the time of booking.

Cost:-

Prices are quoted in local currency (clients home country) and based on current rates. These prices may be subject to change without notice.

Taxes and service charges:

Land cost and all applicable taxes are included in India.

Hotels and services

We offer Hotels as per the list provided by us at the time of finalizing the itinerary. If not available will offer next best available.

Limitation of Liability

Indian Nature Tours or INT make arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as Airlines, Hotels, transport, Rail services, sightseeing tours, and car rentals or any other activity included in the tour.

Although we try to do our best to chose the most reputable suppliers we cannot be responsible for their acts and omissions. The travel services are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers and their liability may, in turn, be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage and international conventions and arrangements.

Indian Nature Tours or INT acts only in the capacity of agent for the client or for the supplier of the goods and services rendered and as such maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, operations or goods of the said supplier.

Indian Nature Tours or INT will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss damages or delays of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental resulting from any of the following:

1. The act of omission of any part other then Indian Nature Tours or its employees;
2. Sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions, weather, or any other case beyond our direct control.
3. Your failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip such as passports, visas and certificates.
4. Your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport departure times, baggage handling and check-in and check-out times.
5. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers or as per circumstances.
6. Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but we will try to substitute comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservations, Indian Nature Tours or INT’s liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid.

We reserve the right to decline any passenger as a member of our tours at any time.

On advancement of deposit to Indian Nature Tours the depositor acknowledges that he/she had read and understands the above recited term and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

Important Note:-

Since last August, all the currencies have seen dramatic ups and downs against each other. As most of the tours are calculated on the basis of rates quoted at a particular time, these rates are likely to cost more than they would have done when we finalized our prices.  At the time of settling of final amount/balance we will need to adjust this variation by taking into account the current exchange rate and this will be passed on to the customer as surcharge.
